Your vision deserves a global stage!
The EDvance Summit 2026 opens a dedicated space for start-ups and non-governmental organisations working at the intersection of education, training, and technology. Whether you are launching an innovative solution or driving impact through grassroots or civil society work, the Summit Hub gives you a visible, affordable presence at an international conference — and reach well beyond the venue.
What’s included
For a flat fee of USD 150 (incl. VAT), you receive a fully equipped slot in the shared Summit Hub booth — a dedicated area within the main exhibition hall at KSTVET, Nairobi.
Your space includes approximately 1 m² in the joint booth, room for a roll-up banner (max. 85 cm wide), and a small counter or table for demos, printed materials, and conversations with attendees. In addition, your organisation will be featured in the EDvance Summit virtual exhibition, extending your visibility to a global audience beyond the physical event. We will also actively promote all Hub participants via our official social media channels — before, during, and after the conference — amplifying your work to our international network of TVET leaders, educators, policymakers, and practitioners.
Who should apply
The Summit Hub welcomes early-stage ventures and NGOs developing or implementing solutions in digital learning, TVET and skills-based training, workforce development and credentialing, AI applications for education, and teacher or institutional capacity building. If your work is driving change in education and training — whether through technology, advocacy, or on-the-ground programmes — this space is for you.
