The EDvance Summit Exhibitor Innovation Award recognises the most impactful and evidence-based innovations in digital education, EdTech, TVET, and workforce development showcased at EDvance Summit 2026. The award is open to all confirmed exhibitors, regardless of exhibitor tier, and is entirely merit-based: selection is made by an independent committee and cannot be influenced by exhibitor package or financial contribution.
Five finalists will be selected before the conference, announced publicly, and given the most prominent demonstration opportunity of the summit — a dedicated 10-minute showcase slot on Day 2 in front of the full conference audience. The top three innovations, as voted by conference delegates, will receive the EDvance Summit Exhibitor Innovation Award trophy and certificate, presented on stage at the closing plenary on the last day.Â
What finalists Receive
Being selected as a finalist delivers significant visibility and recognition well beyond a standard exhibition slot:
- Named as a finalist via EDvance Summit social media channels and conference communications — reaching policymakers, researchers, and practitioners across Africa and beyond, before the conference takes place
- Listed by name and organisation in the printed conference proceedings and distributed programme
- Dedicated 10-minute pitch slot at the Modern Classroom of the Future showcase on Day 2 (14:15–15:15) — the highest-profile and most attended demonstration session of the conference
- A finalist certificate, presented at the conference — recognised confirmation of selection by an independent international jury
- Featured in the post-event report, conference summary video, and post-event social media coverage — all five finalists, with the top three highlighted prominently
- Top 3 winners: presented on stage at the closing plenary with the EDvance Summit Exhibitor Innovation Award trophy and a framed certificate, signed by the conference organisers and jury chair, in front of all conference delegates

Finalists will not receive an additional regular Modern Classroom demo slot — the Day 2 showcase is their designated presentation opportunity and carries significantly greater visibility than the standard demo windows.
