Purpose | Visual presentation of research findings, ongoing studies, or conceptual frameworks. Posters are displayed in the Exhibition & Poster Area for the duration of the conference, and authors are available during dedicated poster engagement sessions. |
Eligibility | Open to researchers at all career stages. Particularly encouraged for doctoral students and early career researchers. Research may be completed or in progress. |
Word count | Abstract: 150 words structured as: (1) Background and rationale, (2) Objectives or research question, (3) Method, (4) Results or expected outcomes, (5) Contribution and relevance. |
Review process | Double-blind peer review by the Scientific Committee. |
Presentation | Poster displayed throughout the conference (A0 portrait, 841 × 1189 mm). Authors must be present during the dedicated poster engagement sessions. An optional 3-minute oral introduction may be requested by the programme committee. |
Language | Poster may include local language elements alongside English. Abstract submitted in English. |
Proceedings | Abstract published in proceedings with DOI. All posters eligible for the Best Poster Award. |
Review Criteria - Posters
- Clarity of research question or problem
- Appropriateness of approach or methodology
- Coherence and quality of findings or argument
- Relevance to conference themes
- Potential for scholarly exchange and discussion
General Requirements
- Language: English only
- File format: PDF for initial submission; Microsoft Word (.docx) for camera-ready versions
- Font: Times New Roman 10pt, paper size 210x297mm, margins on all sides (see template)
- Line spacing: 1.2 for body text
- Referencing: APA 7th edition throughout
- Anonymisation: All submissions undergo blind review. Remove all author names, affiliations, acknowledgements, and self-identifying references from the manuscript.
- Tables and figures: Numbered consecutively, with captions; referenced in the text; submitted at sufficient resolution (min. 300 dpi for images)
- Ethical considerations: Submissions reporting on human participants must confirm ethical approval or waiver in the methods section
