EDvance Summit 2026 offers EdTech companies, technology providers, development organisations, and educational innovators a unique platform to showcase their work to a high-profile audience of policymakers, researchers, university leadership, and TVET practitioners from across Africa and beyond. Three distinct opportunities are available — each designed to maximise your visibility, impact, and engagement at the conference.
Opportunity 1: Exhibiting
Three exhibitor tiers are available, offering dedicated exhibition space in the conference venue across all three days — open during keynote breaks, lunch breaks, and poster sessions to ensure maximum visibility and networking opportunity. Exhibitor tiers are separate from and complementary to conference sponsorship packages. Download the Exhibition Information Brochure below for full details on tiers, booth sizes, and how to apply.
Opportunity 2: Modern Classroom of the Future
The Modern Classroom of the Future is the conference’s dedicated innovation showcase space. All exhibitors receive at least one guaranteed 8-minute demonstration slot, booked in advance on a first-come-first-served basis within each tier’s priority window. It is your chance to put your solution in front of the people who matter most — live, hands-on, and in context.
Opportunity 3: EDvance Exhibitor Innovation Award
The EDvance Summit Exhibitor Innovation Award recognises the most impactful and evidence-basedinnovations in digital education, EdTech, TVET, and workforce development presented at EDvance Summit2026. The award is open to all confirmed exhibitors and is entirely merit-based — selection is made by anindependent committee and cannot be influenced by exhibitor tier or financial contribution.
Five finalists will be selected in advance of the conference, announced publicly, and given the most prominent demo opportunity of the summit — a dedicated showcase slot on Day 2. The top three innovations, as voted by the conference audience, will receive the EDvance Summit Exhibitor Innovation Award at the closing plenary on Day 3.
